The procurement responsibilities for Warren County are managed by the County Managers Office. Vendors interested in offering goods or services to Warren County should complete our vendors registration. Warren County seeks competitive proposals for their procurement requirements. Vendors who have registered with our online portal and created a commodity or service profile will automatically receive a complete bid document through their vendor portal. Warren County has chosen Prime Vendor to manage their online vendor registration and automatic bid document delivery. There are no fees to register or receive complete bid documents through Prime Vendor. After you have completed your vendor registration, Prime Vendor will provide an e-mail, with your client number, login name and password.
