Preset Service Charges for Scheduled Maintenance

The Preventative Maintenance Program requires that service charges are set for regularly scheduled maintenance. The program uses these service charges as a base fee from which to determine the amount to bill for each service performed. The program also provides functionality to include additional service fees, material costs, per diem and labor.

Generate Invoices from Work Orders

Invoices are generated when a work order is completed by the service provider. The invoice can be completed and submitted by the field technician as soon as the service is complete or a manager/administrator can return to the program at any time to complete and send the electronic invoice.

Electronic Document Routing

The Preventative Maintenance Program can send the electronic invoice directly to the agency's account payable department regardless of where the work was performed. If required the invoice can be sent in an electronic format compatible with the agency's financial system.
