Equipment in use is at a greater risk of wear and failure. It is sometimes necessary for equipment to require repair and service outside of the regularly scheduled maintenance cycle. The Preventative Maintenance Program allows the agency to generate a manual work order for unscheduled or emergency service on their equipment.

Automatic Notification of Requested Service

When the agency creates a Manual Work Order the Preventative Maintenance Program automatically generates and sends an email notification to the service providers ePortal informing them of the requested service.

Stay Informed and Monitor Progress

The agency can monitor the status of the work order and view in real-time when the order has been received, confirmed, processed and the work is completed.

Send an Electronic Invoice when Work is Complete

In the case of work performed outside of contract requirements the program allows the service provider to invoice for materials supplied and services rendered.
